I've spent much of my career helping people, teams and organizations take ideas, problems and projects and turn them into something clear, organized and workable.
Before building my own businesses, I spent more than a decade at Siemens Canada working in project coordination, business process analysis, continuous improvement and organizational development.
I led projects. I improved systems. I created processes and documentation. I coordinated teams and subject matter experts. I trained and coached employees. I researched, organized information and solved problems.
And I have a particular knack for looking at something and thinking: There has to be an easier way to do this.
I've also built multiple businesses from the ground up, including launching and managing an e-commerce website, creating workshops, managing clients and orders, handling invoicing and bookkeeping, and keeping all the moving pieces moving.
