1. Services

Heather Munro Coaching provides personal development coaching, mentorship, group coaching programs, workshops, masterclasses, digital resources, and educational content designed to support personal growth, wellbeing, and intentional living. These services are strictly educational and informational in nature and are intended solely to support your own personal development.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase coaching services or participate in paid programs unless explicit, verified written consent is provided to the Coach by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Coaching Relationship & Disclaimers

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, develop meaningful goals, and take intentional action. By using our services, you explicitly understand and agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, or mental health counselling.
• Coaching does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
• You remain fully, independently responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, physical and mental wellbeing, and life results.

4. Results Disclaimer

While Heather Munro Coaching is deeply committed to providing high-quality coaching, strategy, and support, individual results vary. No guarantees, warranties, or promises are made regarding personal transformation, business success, financial outcomes, relationships, health improvements, or any specific future results.

5. Fees, Payments & Taxes

• Payment is required in full before services begin or digital products are delivered, unless a formal instalment payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Taxes: All stated prices are exclusive of tax unless otherwise noted. Applicable Canadian sales taxes (including HST, GST, and/or PST) will be calculated and added at checkout based on the buyer's province or territory of residence.
• Payment Plans: For instalment plans, payments are automatically processed on the agreed calendar dates. Missed or failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access to programs, communities, and coaching sessions until the account is brought current. The purchaser remains legally responsible for the full program financial investment regardless of active participation.

6. Refund Policy

Because our services involve reserved administrative capacity, limited group seating, and instant delivery of digital assets:

• Coaching & Group Programs: All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing. Partial participation or missed sessions do not entitle the user to a refund.
• Digital Products & Masterclasses: Due to the immediately downloadable nature of digital products, worksheets, templates, prerecorded workshops, and masterclasses, all such sales are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations by Coach: If Heather Munro Coaching must cancel a live session, workshop, or masterclass, it will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time, or a pro-rata credit will be issued.

7. Individual Scheduling & Cancellations

Private one-on-one coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled, changed, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited by the client without a refund or a make-up session.

8. Group Coaching & Code of Conduct

Participants in group programs, forums, or masterclasses agree to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. By participating, you agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identities, personal stories, and information shared by other participants.
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, abusive language, spamming, self-promotion, or disruptive behaviour.

Heather Munro Coaching reserves the right to immediately remove any participant from a group setting or digital community who violates this Code of Conduct. If a participant is removed for a conduct breach, no refund will be issued.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Heather Munro Coaching respects your privacy and treats personal information confidentially in compliance with applicable Canadian privacy laws. Confidentiality may only be breached where required by a court of law, or where there is an imminent, serious risk of physical harm to yourself or another person.

10. Session Recordings

Certain group workshops, masterclasses, or group coaching sessions may be recorded for educational replays or for participants who are unable to attend live. By participating in a live group event, you consent to your voice, image, and text chat responses being included in these recordings. Replays remain the exclusive property of Heather Munro Coaching.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by or through Heather Munro Coaching — including but not limited to coaching materials, workbooks, worksheets, videos, audio recordings, PDFs, proprietary exercises, presentations, website text, and program frameworks — is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. It remains the exclusive intellectual property of Heather Munro Coaching.

Purchasing a service or product grants you a single, non-transferable licence for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, share, or teach our materials to third parties without express written permission.

12. Website Use Restrictions

You agree to use this website lawfully, safely, and respectfully. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting unauthorized access to the website backend, user accounts, or servers.
• Interfering with or disrupting website functionality, security, or payment gateways.
• Scraping or copying website media or copy for commercial or competitive use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Heather Munro Coaching, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in coaching, group programs, workshops, masterclasses, or your use of any digital resources and website content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heather Munro Coaching from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or breach of any applicable laws.

15. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the website and during services is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms, the website, or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Peterborough, Ontario.

17. Changes to These Terms

Heather Munro Coaching reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this webpage with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the website or our services following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
